About me and my practice

I started my MSc in Addiction Psychology and Counselling at London South Bank University last September 2020. I obtained my BA degree in clinical psychology in 2005. Besides, I have undertaken courses in NLP, TA and Mindfulness. I have done some online courses like CBT with older people, three weeks, UEA (University of East Anglia), Mindfulness for wellbeing and peak performance three weeks Monash university and Understanding Anxiety, Depression and CBT, 5weeks the University of Reading also Psychological first aid RAPID model: Reflective listening, Assessment of needs, Prioritization, Intervention, and Disposition offered by Johns Hopkins University.

Outline of offer:

I use MCT, DBT and CBT as my integrative approach.


I work at Inspire Partnership which is a community drug and alcohol service and also Afghan Association Paiwand which is a community organisation and charity dedicated to helping refugees and asylum seekers in the UK as a counsellor.
