She has been in private practice since 2014 supporting clients with addiction, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, depression, self-esteem issues, anger issues, abuse, and other mental health issues.

Sarah works with each client as an individual & has a relational approach to therapy, working with each client as an individual striving to build an approach to enable clients to reach their treatment goals. Sarah is trauma informed and provides empathic, relational, collaborative, and non-judgemental approach to psychotherapy. She offers an initial free telephone assessment to explore how she may be able to help you reach your treatment goals.

A caring and sensitive person, she has personally received counselling and knows first-hand how it can help you regain inner peace, ease anxiety, trust and improve your self-esteem. Each client’s journey is individual, but it can help to know Sarah has been on her own journey and now feels privileged to be I in a position to help others at times of personal difficulty. She believes that the most important part of any therapy is to build a trusting relationship, where clients can feel safe and secure, so they feel able to share their experience in confidence. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, which allows flexibility for the client’s needs, and she can adapt her approach accordingly. Sarah has specialist training in working with trauma and is currently training with the Complex Trauma Network in Leeds.
