I know that substance use and addiction can change people, and can cause many other problems (e.g., health, work, relationships) and I offer an understanding, empathetic, confidential service. I have many years’ experience in delivering therapies with the best evidence for success (MI, SFT, RBT, CM) and have a broad range of experience in 1:1, couples work and family work and resolving some of the more complex problems which can underpin addictive behaviours (trauma, anxiety, cravings etc).
