Manchester Metropolitan University’s MetroPolis and their Research Group: substance use and associated behaviours (SUAB) hosted a webinar ‘From Harm to Hope: Opportunities and Challenges for Criminal Justice and Social Work Professionals’ on Wednesday 28^th June. It was well attended, and there was some great debate and questions on the government’s drugs strategy from people working in this area. Speakers included Kevin Ball (HMI Probation) and Ellie Reed (Change Grow Live) for two very engaging and informative presentations, and Professor Rob Ralphs (Manchester Metropolitan University) chaired the event.
