About me and my practice

I am an integrative Psychotherapist using elements of person centered, psycho dynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy. I have a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice and am accredited as a Master Substance Abuse Therapist in Asia.

Outline of offer and experience

I have worked for over 10 years as a therapist both in the United Kingdom and Asia. I was Clinical Lead Asia for the Cabin Group, and am now Director of Addiction Services for Promises Healthcare in Singapore. I provide individual counselling and group therapy, as well as making referrals across Asia to my extensive network of fellow professionals.

List of specialist areas

I am a qualified Counseling Supervisor in Asia and Australia. I work with my clients with all forms of addiction and have experience in working with substance abuse, alcohol use disorder, gaming use disorder, gambling and sex and intimacy dysfunction. I am able to offer family therapy to the families of the addicted and also provide psycho-education sessions. I provide addiction training to fellow professionals, and feature regularly across the region on television, radio and press.
