I work with clients experiencing difficulties in living, working and being due to their problematic relationships with substances or behaviours.

Outline of offer and experience

I take a solution focused approach to therapy, taking a metacognitive approach to understanding the function of addiction in a client’s life, and the ways in which specific ways of thinking can create and maintain difficulties. I emphasise the importance of harm reduction and staying as healthy, connected and productive as possible.
