About me and my practice

I am a qualified and accredited Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist. I use a number of coaching techniques including Coaching, NLP coaching, Hypnotherapy, and Time Line Therapy® depending on the clients preference. I have 16 years of continuous sobriety myself and have worked with the field of addiction both in a voluntary capacity as well as a paid professional. I currently specialise with small business owners to enable them to stop sacrificing themselves and their wellbeing for their businesses but I work with anyone struggling with addiction and their friends and/or family. I also coach for 2 organisations - Education Support and The Coaching Revolution. I have regular supervision as part of those roles as well as monthly private supervision for my own practice. I have a mentor and coach as part of my own personal development as well as regular CPD events and courses to maintain professional standards.

Outline of offer:

I use a number of coaching techniques including Coaching, NLP coaching, Hypnotherapy, and Time Line Therapy® depending on the clients preference. I offer a number of packages based on the initial discovery call. Sessions can be single sessions, 5-weeks mentoring & coaching, or a full 6-12 month programme depending on specific needs. I offer full support with strong boundaries. I work within my remit and ethical code and alongside other specialisms to make sure the client is always put in front of the correct person to meet their individual needs. I have close links to fellow coaches, psychotherapists, and trauma specialists, and the packages are designed as a bespoke service to meet their needs.

Experience

16 years of continuous recovery and experience of 12 step program as well as intensive treatment in 2005-2006. Worked with young adults and their families within Further Education and 16 years experience of working with alcoholics/addicts. 5 years coaching experience as a business owner. I work in a number of fields within Education, Coaching and private practice but have links with wonderful charities in Cheshire where I support families and individuals with addiction on a voluntary basis.
