Conrad (NCAC, AP, BACP), has worked in the field of addiction and recovery for two decades fiercely and passionately fighting for the development of the recovery community.

He founded an Internationally recognized rehabilitation facility which, over 17 years, not only pioneered and developed cutting edge treatment protocols and programmes but was listed by the Department of Social Development as the Flagship Treatment Centre.

Serving as an expert in the field of addiction, he was on the EXCO of the CDA (Central Drug Authority) and KZN Drug Forum for 6 years, working on the National Drug Master Plan and the Prevention of and Treatment for Substance Abuse Act of 2008.
