I work with clients experiencing difficult emotions, with anyone concerned about their addictive behaviours / dependency, and with all aspects of loss. I am registered MBACP and hold professional indemnity insurance for my client work. Outline of offer: Individual work with clients experiencing difficult emotions and those concerned about their addictive behaviours. Individual client focussed work using an Integrative approach including: Acceptance Commitment Therapy Motivational Interviewing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Mindfulness I engage with appropriate professional supervision for each aspect of my client work. Experience I have worked with clients from a harm reduction perspective as well as with those who have reached the point of abstinence in the treatment and education service and with some criminal justice clients in the community. My client work includes supporting bereaved clients processing loss and painful emotions. Have completed the Post Graduate Certificate requirements for Addiction Psychology and Counselling course.
