About me and my practice

I would like you to know that your life matters to me and I am pleased that you have decided to take the step to make the decision to improve your life. I also appreciate that you are considering working with me so let me tell you a little bit about myself and my practice. I am an open, honest and experienced Integrative Addiction Specialist and Psychotherapist who works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups. I have a warm, person-centered and solution-focused approach to my therapy where I uphold that every person has the innate ability to thrive. By focusing on the trinity of thoughts, feelings and behaviours from the first session, I create a safe space for my clients to establish their aspirations, their purpose and their passions to identify where their issues lay to notice how they can make healthy choices that are right for them. In concluding work with me, clients report having increased levels of confidence, self-esteem and mastery which lead to them being more resilient, having a greater level of emotional intelligence and a better sense of self overall.
