About me and my practice

Currently, I work for the local authority as a specialist Family Recovery Worker in a Family Safeguarding Service. Additionally, I am available for private practice addiction counselling, recovery coaching and sober companion work.

Experience

I have been working in the addictions and mental health recovery arena for 18 years. I have extensive experience in recovery focused working cultures having worked in commissioning, community services, secure environments, private rehabs and residential accommodations for complex needs. Formalising this experience, I qualified as an addictions counsellor in 2019 with an MSc Addiction Psychology and Counselling, graduaring with a full house of distinctions.
